The Address Book module has revolutionised our volunteer management as a small charity - so much quicker and easier to identify and locate information, particularly via the tag system. The degree of customisation is brilliant too.
The Rotas module has saved us a lot of time in sending out reminder emails, although it can be a little cumbersome due to our operation running more than once per week.
