We're constantly updating and enhancing ChurchSuite, often building directly upon customer feedback to guide our development. The following lists some changes that were made to ChurchSuite between 1st October 2023 and 8th November 2023.
October 5th, 2023 Calendar > Leave Setup page updates
We made some changes to the Leave Setup section within the Calendar module, making some updates to the layout and a cleaner Advanced Search experience, which now includes the ability to filter based on User Group. With these updates, we have also removed the "Leave Summary" report that previously existed, with all functionality from that report now available from the main Leave Summary page.
October 5th, 2023 Calendar > Leave Requests page updates
We made some changes to the Leave Requests section within the Calendar module, making some updates to the layout and a cleaner Advanced Search experience. Alongside this, we've also improved the way we communicate the user's used/remaining leave for the current Leave Setup period, with a new section that's displayed at the top of the page, above the table of leave requests.
October 10th, 2023 Administrator > Billing page updates
We've made some updates to the Billing page within Administrator, modernising the layout and adding additional information such as the estimated total of your next invoice. We've also improved the workflow for payment method (bank account/card), making the process easier for either an Administrator user or external treasurer/book-keeper to be able to complete.
October 16th, 2023 Simplified Gathering view and new Group views
We've made a minor visual changes to how we display Groups within a gathering in the Children module. Groups now have their own View, with simple navigation to other groups within the same gathering.
