Ongoing Updates: 25th April - 31st May 2020

We're constantly updating and enhancing ChurchSuite, often building directly upon customer feedback to guide our development. The following lists some changes that were made to ChurchSuite between 25th April - 31st May 2020.

• 26-May-2020 - Child View Group Management

  You can now more easily manage a child's groups when viewing their profile. From a child's profile you can easily add a child to a group, or edit their group or remove them entirely.

• 18-May-2020 - Add donation > giver search - spouse search enabled!

  When adding a donation to the Giving module, you can now search for a giver by the name of their spouse - perfect for when you can't remember which person you have listed as the named giver.

• 30-Apr-2020 - Search within Flows

  We've added a new search tool when you're within a Flow, allowing you to quickly search just for those who are due/overdue or for a specific person by their name.

• 29-Apr-2020 - Easier notes

  We've made it easier to add Notes across all modules. Instead of clicking an 'Add note" button, simply type your note directly into the Notes box.

• 29-Apr-2020 - Improved user group management

  We've made it easier manage user groups for each user. When viewing a user, you can now add/remove user groups from a user without needing to click in to edit the user.

• 13-May-2020 - Multi-site accounts and givers

  For multi-site accounts, when a new giver makes a donation online, they will now be added to the default (first) site, as configured under Administrator > Profile.
