We're constantly updating and enhancing ChurchSuite, often building directly upon customer feedback to guide our development. The following lists some changes that were made to ChurchSuite between 3rd August 2023 and 30th September 2023.

August 31st, 2023 Giving > Givers page updates
We've made some updates to the Givers page within the Giving module, updating parts of the layout and introducing an improved experience for Advanced Search.
September 8th, 2023 Administrator > Users page updates
We've made some updates to the Users page within the Administrator section, updating parts of the layout and introducing an improved experience for Advanced Search. In addition to new search filters, you're also able to customise the columns that are displayed - your selected columns will be remembered on your device for the next time you log in.
September 8th, 2023 Manage resource quantities
Resources in the Bookings module now support a quantity - ideal for limited resources like tables and chairs and unlimited resources like refreshments or catering. Resources with a limited quantity report a clash when the available limit is exceeded. In addition to an updated Clashes report, we've added a new Usage tab to the resource View giving helpful insights into resource usage and availability and to see how many of a resource are needed at any given time. The resource Planner has also had some visual changes to more clearly show overlapping resource usage. Alongside resource quantities, resource prices now support an amount "Per unit", with suggested charges multiplying the price amount by the quantity of the booked resource.
September 19th, 2023 Additional security check for recurring donation management
In order to further enhance the security and protection around recurring donation/pledge management, a user will be required to enter an access code. When arriving at the "Manage giving" page, the user can request an access code, which will be emailed to their giver's email address. After receiving this code, they simply enter it into the page and they will be given access to manage their recurring donation.
September 21st, 2023 Children > Session Template page updates
We made some changes to the Session Templates section within the Children module, moving it out of the "Sessions" section and into its own dedicated link in the menu. Alongside this, we've updated the layout and Advanced Search options.
September 21st, 2023 Small Groups > Groups page updates
We've made some updates to the Groups page within the Small Groups module updating parts of the layout and introducing an improved experience for Advanced Search. In addition to new search filters, you're also able to customise the columns that are displayed - your selected columns will be remembered on your device for the next time you log in.
September 22nd, 2023 Giving > Claims page updates
For UK accounts, we've made some changes to the Claims section within the Giving module. There have been some small layout tweaks and alongside this, we've updated the Advanced Search to a cleaner format.
September 22nd, 2023 User File updates
We've modernised the whole experience of managing and search for User Files under the Administrator/User sections. We've improved the workflow, making it possible to set a custom name before a file is uploaded, alongside upgrading the form layouts to be in keeping with those you'll find elsewhere in the system.
September 24th, 2023 Planning > Songs page updates
We made some changes to the Songs section within the Planning module, making some updates to the layout and a cleaner Advanced Search experience.
September 26th, 2023 Adding My Groups attendance "Select all / none"
Within My ChurchSuite, when adding attendance through My Groups, there's now a handy "Select all / none" option, helping you to quick select all/no group members as having attended your meeting. Our thanks to the customers who suggested adding this as an option!
