We love supporting and training ChurchSuite users as they use our software in their day-to-day roles. Whether it's through our library of online support articles, one of our regional training days, an online Q&A session or a simple email, we make every effort to ensure everyone can access support in an accessible way... and we're always looking for new ways to improve!
In November and December, we're going to try out a new format: six weeks of live webinars that will provide you with lots of opportunity to sign up for a bit of extra training and interact with members of our team.
The webinars are free and accessible to anyone, running at a range of times to make them available to as many users as possible. Each webinar will last one hour and contain input from a member of our team as well as an interactive element.
We'll be providing webinars in three simultaneous "tracks", delivered weekly over a 6-week period.
Track 1: "Getting Started": for those getting started with ChurchSuite - learn how to set up your account and the core features you'll be using each day (Tags, Key Dates, Communication and more!).
Track 2: "Next steps": aimed at those ready for next steps, focusing on popular, commonly-used functionality within ChurchSuite (Forms, Plans, Events and more!).
Track 3: "Giving": for finance teams and those wanting training on best practice in the Giving module (Giver management, Donations and Gift Aid processing).
