We're constantly updating and enhancing ChurchApp, often building directly upon customer feedback to guide our development. The following lists some changes that were made to ChurchApp between
7th January - 2nd March 2017.
20-Feb-2017 - Fund confirmation email on fund view
We now show you a summary of your fund confirmation email on the fund page within ChurchApp. You no longer have to edit the fund to see what your donors are going to see when they make a donation.
17-Feb-2017 - Default footer text for branded emails
You can now choose some default text to go in the footer of your branded emails. This could include your church address, service times or charity number.
17-Feb-2017 - Default font for branded emails
You can now set the default email font for branded slimline and branded header emails.
17-Feb-2017 - Restyled branded emails
We've been through and given our branded header and branded slimline emails a bit of a spruce up! They're now much cleaner and easier to read in all email clients (including Outlook!)
02-Feb-2017 - Flow Action History
In the Flows Completed report, we've now added the ability to see the complete history of when a person is processed, which user processed them and the selection of actions they chose to run.
01-Feb-2017 - Table Generator report in Giving module
We've added a custom Table Generator to the Giving module reports, which allows you to choose the columns in a custom table. The report is filterable by Tags and/or Key Dates for maximum versatility.

26-Jan-2017 - ChurchApp Integrations
We've enhanced the Integration list page in Administrator, which should make using our Integrations easier. For completed integrations, underneath the progress bar and instead of the phrase "Integration Completed!", we now show useful information related to the Integration. For example; the username used to set-up TextLocal or your Podcast feed URL/SoundCloud ID.
20-Jan-2017 - Custom Field formats
You can now select between different formats for Custom Fields in the Address Book, Children and Small Groups module. Choose between Single Sentence, Paragraph, Drop-down lists, Radio lists, Checkbox list and Date formats. A "Contact" type is also available in the Address Book only. Optionally set custom fields as required and perform batch updates on your existing data. Custom fields are fully searchable in Advanced Search and within Smart Tags, and in the Missing Data report.
17-Jan-2017 - Years since filter - Anniversaries report
The Anniversaries report in the Address Book module can now be filtered by a range of 'years since', helping you match key dates milestones such as, 'everyone who became a member over 5 years ago' or 'everyone who first visited in the last 12 months'.
13-Jan-2017 - Customers in Bookings module
We've added 'Customers' to the Bookings module. You can now create customers and attach them to bookings, so you no longer need to save companies and tradespeople in the Address Book.
10-Jan-2017 - Small Group Advanced Search
We've added a Tags multi-select filter to the small group Advanced Search in the Small Groups module. This allows you to more easily and intelligently filter search through your list of groups.
09-Jan-2017 - New controls for anniversaries report
We've rebuilt the anniversaries report after some feedback to now work by month and show you the next anniversary coming up for each key date.
09-Jan-2017 - Overseers now visible on Event pages
You can now see a list of all event overseers on the event page. You no longer have to visit the edit page to see who the event overseers are.
01-Mar-2017 - Donate fund pages
We've now made it possible to have fund pages that don't appear in the ChurchApp Donate drop-down list, but are available through the direct link. Funds that you choose not to tick with "Show in Donate" will continue to not show in the drop-down list, but the fund page URL for those funds will continue to work as long as the fund is active.
09-Jan-2017 - Small Groups in ChurchApp Connect
We have now added a Groups List section to Connect which, similar to the Events List, allows people to view a list and/or map of your small groups and sign-up to them. You can display optional filters to the page to make it easier for people to find the right group. And if group sign-up is enabled they can sign-up too. Within ChurchApp you can manage which groups are visible in Connect using the "Show in Connect" checkbox.
09-Feb-2017 - Donate gets a makeover
ChurchApp's Donate user interface has had a complete visual makeover to bring it in line with styling used throughout My ChurchApp and Connect.
