What is a ChurchSuite User Forum?
VISION
The vision for user forums is to gather groups of like-minded ChurchSuite users from churches across a locality; to meet periodically (once a term, three times a year),
- to share ideas and experiences of using ChurchSuite in ministry,
- to help churches maximise their use of this ministry tool,
- to discuss solutions to real ministry issues,
- to share helpful "best working practices",
- to encourage one another in ministry in our respective churches and areas of responsibility, and
- to promote unity around our common goal of "making disciples" as Jesus commanded.
Forums are suitable for both admin and pastoral team members. Whether you're a newer user looking to learn more, or an experienced user willing to share your knowledge - whether your church/team is big or small - a community of local users is a great place for you to belong!
FORUMS
Each user forum will typically meet once a term, three times a year. The hosting church will set forum dates and will facilitate meetings, each lasting about an hour and a half with light refreshments provided on arrival. Discussions are informal and forum members are encouraged to come with questions or topics for the group to discuss.
Outside of the termly forums, forum members will have access to the forum's My ChurchSuite account, including the group email feature - ideal for asking a question of the group.
From time to time we'll look to provide user forums with the inside scoop on new features and functionality, or ask a forum to review a beta release of something new that's being developed.
FAQs
HOW DO I JOIN A USER FORUM?
You can sign-up to join a user forum using the links above. The forum host will be notified and will confirm your forum membership. They'll let you know when the next forum meeting is taking place and send you an invitation to log in to the User Forum My ChurchSuite account so that you can begin connecting with others in your locality.
WHAT IF THERE ISN'T A USER FORUM NEAR ME?
A number of new user forums will be starting soon - it's a new venture! If there isn't one in your locality yet, would you consider being a forum host/facilitator? Maybe you have existing relationships with users in other churches in your town - if you can't host, perhaps they can! Starting a user forum is really easy - we'll do all the ground work to get your first event off the ground - promoting the event and sending invitations to all the users in your locality. We'll also resource you with everything you need to facilitate the forum. If you'd like to find out more about what's involved in starting a user forum in your locality, just get in touch
