Flows are a powerful and incredibly versatile tool designed to streamline repetitive “people-processing” tasks by breaking them down into manageable stages. They’re a firm favourite among users, powering everything from newcomer integration to membership processes and background checks.
We’ve recently rolled out some exciting updates we think you’ll love—saving you time and giving you clearer insights into Flow progress. Watch this quick video for a walkthrough of what’s new:
A Clearer Overview at a Glance
We’ve revamped the Flows interface to make it clearer and even more intuitive. Each stage now uses colour-coding to highlight whether there are people who are due or overdue—so you can instantly spot where action is needed.

Want to dive deeper? Just click on a stage to see everyone currently in that part of the Flow, or choose “All Stages” for a complete overview. It’s all about giving you clarity and control in just a few clicks.
Introducing Grid View: A Fresh Perspective
Say hello to the new Grid View! Alongside the classic List View, this Kanban-style layout offers a dynamic way to visualise and interact with your Flow. It presents the same information in a fresh, intuitive format—making it easier to track progress and manage tasks.

Processing people through the Flow works just as seamlessly as in List View, but Grid View gives you added flexibility to work the way you prefer.
The New "Completed" Tab: Analyse your Processes
We’re excited to introduce the new Completed tab, which shines a spotlight on everyone who has successfully completed the Flow. You can filter the list to see, for example, who reached the “Completed” stage in the last two months—making it easy to track outcomes over time.

This view also reveals how long people spent in the Flow—valuable data for assessing and optimising your processes.
Less Time, Simpler Workflow, Clearer Insights
We're passionate about building tools that empower you to manage your church with confidence and ease. We hope these updates save you time, simplify your workflows, and give you clearer insight into your processes.
