Our new person-detection feature lets ChurchSuite recognise existing people by matching their name with either their email or phone number. By using Form Actions, this opens the door to seamless automation, like instantly adding someone to a Flow or sending an email.
Reimagining Newcomer Integration
Picture this: a newcomer submits their details and automatically receives an email welcoming them with a link to a form to attend a welcome event. Once they complete it, ChurchSuite detects them and moves them to the next step in your newcomer Flow, where a volunteer can take over. It's personal, efficient, and keeps things moving.

Add the "Details" section to your form (name, email, mobile or telephone). If the details match an existing person, ChurchSuite links the response for you automatically.

Set up automated actions for form submissions - like adding contacts to tags, key dates, or Flows, or moving them to a new Flow stage. The possibilities are vast!
3) Automated Flow Actions
