Ongoing Updates: 13th March - 16th April 2025

We're constantly updating and enhancing ChurchSuite, often building directly upon customer feedback to guide our development. The following lists some changes that were made to ChurchSuite between 13th March 2025 and 16th April 2025.

March 14th, 2025 Visitors index communication actions

We've added Send email, Send SMS and Download CSV actions to the Visitors section in the Children module.

March 27th, 2025 "Send email" recipients change

When using the "Send email" workflow, we've made a change so that recipients are displayed as soon as the window loads. This change is designed to give greater clarity over who will receive an email as early as possible in the workflow, whilst still allowing you to add/remove recipients as before.

March 31st, 2025 Updated filtering in Network module

Within the Network module, both the Organisations and Members sections have been updated with the new search filters that are beginning to be rolled out throughout the whole application. These new filters make it easier to see at-a-glance which filters have been applied, but also allow you to pin your favourite filters so that they remain in place each time you come to the page. Alongside the updated filters, bulk actions have also been enhanced, making it easier to perform actions such as "Send email", "Download CSV" or "Edit" against all of the records matching your search or just those you select individually.

April 2nd, 2025 AddressBook "My ChurchSuite/Consent" update

You can now send My ChurchSuite invitations, Details reminders and Consent requests from the Contacts section of the Address Book. A new table action enables users to send these emails from where they're typically working. Use the search options to filter the list and click the action to choose the appropriate email, preview it and send. When sending invitations, you can optionally exclude those who have been previously invited.

April 2nd, 2025 Updated filtering in Small Groups module

April 4th, 2025 Improved Ministry role clarity

We've updated the Role "View" in the Rotas module to give users greater clarity over which Ministries share a role. Navigating through from the Roles tab of a Ministry, you'll now see a list of other ministries that also use that role.
