
We're constantly updating and enhancing ChurchSuite, often building directly upon customer feedback to guide our development. The following lists some changes that were made to ChurchSuite between 12th January 2023 and 15th February 2023.

January 12th, 2023 Small Groups "Suggest groups" removed
Having reviewed the usage statistics for the "Suggest groups" feature in the Small Groups module, we have taken the decision to remove it. For help identifying groups that are geographically close to those not yet in a group, we recommend using the "Not in a Group" map report.
January 25th, 2023 Checklists for events and bookings
Organising and running events and bookings can be challenging with so much to remember to do before and after the occasion. To help, we've added task Checklists for events and bookings - ideal for staying on top of all the essential pre-event and post-event things that need to happen. Optionally, set task due dates and assign them to users. The process of adding tasks is really easy and intuitive. You can also create template checklists for event Categories and booking Types so that the template checklist is automatically added to newly-added events and bookings of the respective category or type. We've also added two new Task widgets for the Dashboard, enabling users to stay on top of their upcoming tasks. Each widget shows due and upcoming tasks due for the next 7 days and all overdue tasks.
January 27th, 2023 Planning "Send plan" updated
We've made some small changes to the "Send plan" process in the Planning module. All of the same functionality remains, but we've updated the interface and made some minor style tweaks to the email content.
January 30th, 2023 Updated Children "Print" actions
Within the Children module, we've update and modernised the "Print badges", "Print register" and "Print summary" actions. All of the existing functionality remains unchanged, but a cleaner and more modern layout has been applied to both the interface and generated PDF documents.
