We're constantly updating and enhancing ChurchSuite, often building directly upon customer feedback to guide our development. The following lists some changes that were made to ChurchSuite between 25th May - 13th July 2017.
13-Jul-2017 - Validation improvements for Couples in Giving
If 'Couple' is specified, for a Giver, the first and last names are required for a nonmember and a linked spouse is required for a 'Married' contact.
10-Jul-2017 - Group sign-up added to Flow
We've added a new module option to the Small Groups module, allowing you to put anyone who signs up to a group directly into a Flow. This module option sits alongside the existing option which allows you to add people not found in your Address Book into a flow, giving you the flexibility to have separate processes for newcomer sign-ups and sign-ups from existing members.
29-Jun-2017 - Small groups attendance summary report
We've added an attendance summary report so now you can see which group members have attended in a given period of time. You can also download this information as a CSV or a PDF.
28-Jun-2017 - Extended Smart Tag options for "In Key Date"
When running a Smart Tag in the Address Book module to match "In Key Date" you now have additional date range options to filter in (or not in) the last 24 months and the last 36 months - ideal for identifying DBS, Hygiene and First Aid certificate renewals.
27-Jun-2017 - Email rota from My ChurchSuite
Overseers in My ChurchSuite can now choose to send the rota in table form along with an email. Really handy if things change.
27-Jun-2017 - Rota reminders and unavailability
People who are marked as unavailable will no longer receive rota reminders for weeks they can't serve. Everyone else will be notified of their unavailability in their rota reminders so they know where the gaps in the team are.
23-Jun-2017 - Gift aid overclaims and refunds
You can now manage Gift Aid overclaims and process refunds of Gift Aid in the Giving module for donations that have Gift Aid previously claimed but where a giver's tax circumstances change or a user error has been made.
20-Jun-2017 - Communication selector tag filtering
We've brought another update to our communication selection filter, bringing the ability to use tick/cross filtering on tags, in addition to selecting whether you want to match any of the selected tags or all of them.
05-Jun-2017 - Restrict access to Leave Setup
There's a new Calendar module option that enables you to restrict access to the Leave Setup section to selected User Groups.
31-May-2017 - Improved communication filtering
We've made it easier to filter down contacts, children and givers when on the Communication pages. You can now search within the list of people, as well as filter down the search results by more types, e.g. children's group/gathering, tags, etc.
31-May-2017 - More Smart Tag options
We have added new Smart Tag conditions to the Address Book module for Address Line 1, Telephone and Work Telephone. Using these conditions you can easily get a list of contacts who have (or don't have) an entry against these fields.
08-Jun-2017 - My Rotas Unavailability
You can now access My Rotas, in order to add unavailability, if you are a member of a ministry but do not have an active rota. This will allow you to flag unavailability with your ministry overseers whilst they are working on building the newest set of rotas.
