Capping our prices - making ChurchApp even more affordable

One of our key objectives in creating ChurchApp is to build an affordable and sustainable product that would be a blessing to the UK church. When we launched, we set our pricing at a level where we could build a sustainable business (we want to be here for the long term), but at a price point that we felt wouldn't be an obstacle for churches looking for a high quality church database system. Looking back, we feel we've done just that, and today I'm excited to announce our price cap, making ChurchApp even more affordable as it continues to grow.

Just last month, we launched the new Rotas module, which makes scheduling and notifying serving teams so much easier; within the next couple of months, we'll be launching the Giving module, which helps track donations from your church members and then claim back Gift Aid on them. We've got plans for further modules down the track, but are concious that we don't want pricing to be an obstacle that prevents churches from using our church management system.

Getting down to the nitty gritty then. Before today, a church with 0-199 contacts in the Address Book taking all 6 modules and the upcoming Giving module would have paid £53.25/month; with our price cap, the cost is just £42.50/month. A church with 200-499 contacts would have paid £69.50/month, they will now pay just £55.00/month. Finally, a church with in excess of 500 contacts would have paid £90.75/month, they will now pay just £70.00/month.

We're delighted to be able to make ChurchApp more affordable not just for today, but for the coming years as we continue to build and develop the system.

ChurchApp has already proved itself to be one of the leading UK church management systems, and it's getting better and more affordable every day!

This is just the beginning.
